She was the winner of the national competition for figure and received the Pro-card. Aspen Rae was born in San Jose and raised there. She is of Native American and Scottish descent. She was a student at California State University, Monterey campus. She earned a bachelor's diploma from California State University's Monterey campus, in psychology.
