Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October 1978) is an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice, as well as Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series started with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). Part-Italian, she's also from Italian descent. Cook appeared for the first time in a public service advertisement for foster care when she was seven years old. She began her career as a child model at age 10, appearing in national commercials for Target as well as on Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
